Efter aterkommande signaler om ojamn planering och hog belastning pa en kulturinstitution samlade grenen representanter, medlemmar och arbetsplatsledning i en gemensam process. Forst genomfordes en riktad utbildningsserie, darefter en forhandlingsforberedande arbetsrutin for lokala fragor.
